Jury Trials are trials that feature a jury in the verdict making process. This is the type of case that is most commonly shown on TV shows such as Law & Order.

Bench Trials are the trials where the information of the case is presented to only a judge. This is what you woud go to if you got a speeding ticket and had to go to court for it.
